WEEKLY GROUP WORKOUTS


  • SUNDAYFUNDAY 5:30-6:30pm: Interval Training Workouts, Track & Bleachers


  • Mondays at Memorial 6:30-7:30: Running Drills and Tempo runs 


  • Access  the BC Fitness online community via the Mindbody app 


  • Spring Season (March-May)


  • Summer Season (June- Aug.)


  • Fall Season (Sept.-Nov.)
